Delete your Flourtune account

Delete your account in the app

1. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Account, then open your profile.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Confirm your identity if requested, then confirm deletion.

What is deleted

Deletion removes your Flourtune account, known bakery business records stored under it, uploaded files, feedback, private AI and subscription state, and the associated authentication account. Some information may remain temporarily in provider backups, security logs, or records that must be retained by law.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@flourtune.com from the address linked to your Flourtune account with the subject Delete my Flourtune account. We will verify that you control the account before processing the request.

Do not send your password, payment-card information, or identity documents unless we specifically explain a secure, legally necessary verification method.
